Introduction to Adjustable Leakage Rate Standard Leakage Holes

In the standard leak, the standard leakage commonly used, whether it is a gas storage type, an open or a special leak hole built into the leak detector, etc., is a certain leakage rate, which is a standard leakage hole with a fixed leakage rate. According to the needs of users, there is also a standard leak type with adjustable leakage rate within a certain leakage rate range.

As the name implies, the adjustable leakage rate type standard leakage hole, that is, the leakage rate can be changed and adjusted. The adjustment of the leakage rate is to realize the adjustment of the leakage rate by corresponding to different leakage rate values corresponding to different gas pressures in the leakage hole. The larger the pressure value of the standard leakage with adjustable leakage rate, the more accurate and technical the leakage is; Conversely, the smaller the pressure value, the lower the accuracy of the leak.

The standard leakage hole of the adjustable leakage rate type will come with a pressure gauge. In order to obtain accurate leak rate values, the pressure needs to be controlled. The dial scale of the pressure gauge is certain, and the accurate pressure value is difficult to control. If the pressure is low, it is even more difficult. For example, Recco USA customized adjustable leakage holes (helium) for a refrigeration company, with leakage rates ranging from 10-5mbarL/s to 10-6mbarL/s levels. When the leakage rate value is 5.0*10-5mbarL/s, the corresponding pressure is 1500PSI (i.e. 102bar), the pressure is large, and the manometer is easy to control; Even if the pressure is inaccurate, e.g. a difference of 20 PSI (1.37 bar), it is actually 1480 PSI, the pressure error is 1.3%, and the leak rate is less than 0.02 mbar at most. L/s error. Conversely, if the pressure value of the leak is small, such as an adjustable leak with only a few bars, 8 bar, if the pressure error is 10 PSI (0.69 bar), this error rate is too large.

Adjustable leakage rate type standard leakage holes need to be inflated, adjust the inflation pressure, corresponding to the required leakage rate value. The inflatable method varies from company to company that supplies leaks. The adjustable leakage hole provided by the American company Recco can be directly inflated by the helium cylinder, and can be charged as you go, which is economical, practical, convenient and safe. Some companies are 1 liter helium cylinder gas supply, small volume, low pressure (a dozen atmospheres), helium consumption is fast, the volume of the entire leak hole is large, due to the internal dozen atmospheres of gas, it is not safe.

The adjustable leakage rate type standard leak provided by Recco uses unique microcapillary technology, and the leakage rate has a positive linear relationship with the square difference of pressure, as shown below:

Heavyweight! 11 National Standards for Greenhouse Gas Management

OFweek Instrument Network News: Recently, the National Standards Commission held a press conference to release 11 national standards for greenhouse gas management, including the "General Principles for Accounting and Reporting of Greenhouse Gas Emissions from Industrial Enterprises" and the accounting methods and reporting requirements for greenhouse gas emissions from 10 key industries such as power generation, steel, civil aviation, chemical industry, and cement. Yin Minghan, Deputy Director of the National Standards Commission, attended the press conference and delivered a speech.

Instrument enterprise transformation and upgrading, grasping the development direction

Recently, the 2015 China (Longyan) Special Purpose Vehicle Development Forum was held in Fujian. At the forum, Li Yizhong, member of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC National Committee, deputy director of the Economic Commission, former minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and president of the China Federation of Industrial Economics, proposed to carry out "Internet plus manufacturing", implement "Made in China 2025", and promote the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry. As an important part of the manufacturing industry, instrument enterprises should not fall behind, but should closely follow the trend of the times and develop and upgrade industries.
